Spinach Dip

1 organic avocado

Juice of 1/2 organic lemon

1 can organic chickpeas drained and rinsed

200g fresh organic spinach

1/4 cup chopped organic parsley

Process avocado, lemon juice and chickpeas in a blender till it forms a smooth paste. Then add the spinach and parsley process again, add pinch of salt and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.

Transfer to a bowl and serve.
